Members can use and install the full member portal as a PWA today. Native iPhone and Android applications are on the IDS Fitness product roadmap and are not currently included as a delivered plan feature.

Gate integration is an optional, scoped add-on rather than a reason to buy a higher subscription. We don’t sell or install hardware — we connect IDS to compatible gates or turnstiles supplied by your hardware vendor for a one-time integration fee. Once connected, memberships control entry automatically, while supported gate hardware continues operating locally if the internet drops.

IDS includes a built-in retail register for products, stock, sales, receipts and payment records. It does not currently send the payable amount automatically to a physical card terminal or receive the terminal approval back. Staff enter the amount on the terminal separately, then record the payment method in IDS. Any future terminal connection will be advertised only after it is implemented and proven in production.

They are available as an optional Operations & SOP Pack for gyms that need formal opening, closing and recurring-task control. The scope and price are written into your agreement, so a gym that does not need the module does not pay for it.

Every gym runs on its own isolated database, sized to its plan so the platform stays fast at the front desk and the gate. When you pass 90% of your cap we let you know — then you stay and pay SAR 3 per extra active member per month (and SAR 39 per extra staff seat). Once you’re about 25% over, we simply move you to the next plan and credit what you’ve already paid — so you’re never blocked, and never overpaying to sit on a plan you’ve outgrown.

Monthly plans run month-to-month at the standard price; Essentials has no setup fee at all, while Growth and Pro add a one-time implementation fee (data migration, staff training and go-live). Essentials has no setup fee — we set you up ourselves, typically live in about one business day. On Growth and Pro, moving a bigger operation over is real work: we migrate your data, train your team, and stand up your environment. On annual plans we absorb that as 2 free months. On monthly Growth or Pro it is a one-time implementation fee, non-refundable once your environment is provisioned — and it is part of what lets us take 0% of your payments and add no hidden charges.

Essentials covers one gym with up to 300 members and 5 staff. Growth supports one included branch, up to 1,000 members and 15 staff, adding coaching, chat, leads, retention, payroll and retail inventory. Pro supports one included branch, up to 2,500 members and 40 staff, adding nutrition, InBody insights, financial statements, analytics, targets and the early-access AI receptionist. Enterprise includes up to 3 branches, with member and staff limits confirmed in the agreement. Gate integration and operational SOPs remain optional add-ons.

Yes. We design and launch your gym’s public website on the platform — your brand, your domain — with the live class schedule, offers, and online enrollment and payments wired straight into your CRM. One-time setup SAR 2,500 and SAR 149/month care, included free with Enterprise.

A chain gets one dedicated database shared by its branches — so cross-branch revenue and KPI roll-up works out of the box — and that database is completely isolated from every other customer. Growth and Pro include one branch and can add a second for SAR 600/month. Enterprise includes up to 3 branches; larger chains receive a separate scope, capacity review and quote. Nothing about your data is shared with another customer.

IDS combines Saudi operating workflows with Arabic and English member access, ZATCA Phase 1 QR invoices, mada, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara and MADFU options, payroll, commissions and finance tools. Each customer has an isolated database, and IDS adds 0% to payment revenue; payment-provider fees still apply. Exact features vary by plan.

A premium add-on (SAR 249/month, currently in beta — join the waitlist) that sends renewal, booking and payment reminders straight to your members on WhatsApp. Official WhatsApp messaging requires a Meta WhatsApp Business Account with approved message templates — and our team handles all of it for you as a white-glove onboarding service: account setup, brand verification and template approvals, as soon as you come off the waitlist.

You choose: either additional conversations are metered at SAR 0.30 each with a transparent monthly usage report, or the AI simply pauses at your allowance and hands chats to your staff. Either way — no surprise bills.
