What we collect
When you submit the signup or demo form we collect what you type: your gym's name, your name, email, phone number, city, and the plan you're interested in. The website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or trackers.
How we use it
Only to contact you about setting up your gym on IDS. No newsletters, no marketing lists, and we never sell or share your details with third parties.
Where it lives
Your details are stored securely on our infrastructure. When you become a customer, your gym's data lives in its own isolated database — no other customer shares it — in line with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) principles.
Emails we send
Some of our non-payment emails measure opens and link clicks using an invisible image and links routed through our email provider (Amazon SES). We never do this in payment or receipt emails or in emails containing a private link, and we delete this data after 12 months.
Gym members and WhatsApp
When a gym uses IDS, the gym is responsible for its members' personal data and IDS processes it on the gym's behalf, under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). If a gym connects its own WhatsApp Business number to IDS, we send that gym's booking, reminder and payment messages from the gym's number, only to members who opted in to that gym. We don't use members' data or WhatsApp messages for our own marketing.
Messaging us on WhatsApp
When you message IDS on WhatsApp, your message is handled through WhatsApp (Meta) and answered first by an automated assistant. The conversation is visible to the IDS team, who may reply, and you can ask for a person at any time. To write the assistant's reply, the text of your message is processed by our AI service provider (Anthropic) for that purpose only; it is not used for marketing. This applies to messages you send us on WhatsApp, not to gym member data, which stays in each gym's own database.
Deleting your data
To have your details corrected or deleted, email info@idsfitness.com from the address we hold, or ask your gym. Gym staff can also delete a member's profile from the IDS admin. We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Some records must be kept by law, for example invoices and accounting records for tax purposes; these are kept only for the legally required period and are not used for anything else.
